  1. Namaste Emma,

It's me Gargee, again! I am generally enjoying your posts on the Summer Learning Journey because they are so easy to read and very informative. Don't you think that Sir Edmund Hillary was a very nice, resilient mountain climber who tried his hardest for everything? I also wondered about why he even wanted to climb the mountain in the first place. Next time you could include a little bit of information of who Sir Edmund Hillary is for those who dont know, and also a little introduction about what your post is going to state.

    Happy blogging

  2. Kia ora Emma,

My name is Hazel and I am part of the Summer Learning Journey (SLJ) team. I’ll be helping Jordan out in Kootuitui over the Christmas holidays. It's great to see you making such an awesome start to the programme - ka pai.

You have written some very thoughtful questions for Sir Edmund Hillary. I really like that most of your questions are open-ended questions; that means you will be able to get a lot more information out of them. What do you think it would be like to climb a mountain? What sort of training do you think you would have to do beforehand?

Keep up the great work, and I look forward to reading more of your posts soon.

    Hazel :)
