For the adults you would need 20 adults Because 500÷25=20,
For the kids you would need a combination of adults and kids so there would be 20 kids because 20х15=300 and you would need 10 adults because 10х20=200 whitch adds up to 100

Correct. However, you have worked out the adults to carry 20Kgs, when the question says adults can only carry 25Kgs. If you want to solve the question again by changing the weight in Kgs, I can then reward you with the full points.
